** In an interview with The Chicago Sun Times, The Incredibles director Brad Bird briefly mentioned a possible sequel to the hit film.

“We won’t rush into a sequel. No one at Pixar has mentioned it,” promises director Brad Bird. “It’s the kind of thing where you want to take some time and work on it so you don’t let the fans down.”

There is talk that the characters could easily spin off into a comic book, but Bird says, “There are no plans for it yet. We’ll have to see if the film lives up to expectations.”

** Hellboy director Guillermo del Toro has revealed plans for the sequel to his hit film in a recent interview with Now Playing Magazine.

“Most everybody is coming back,” he says. “Abe Sapien is coming back. Liz, Myers, even Professor Broom is doing a little cameo. We have a moment in the movie where you see Professor Bruttenholm as a younger man reading a story to Hellboy.” He goes on to say, We’re going to be thinking about late 2005 at the earliest to start pre-production, he concludes. “You never know with these things, but that would be a good guess.”
