The Hollywood Reporter reports that Robin Williams is in early talks to reprise his role as “Mrs. Doubtfire” for a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel at 20th Century Fox. He will resume producing duties with his wife, Marsha Williams. Bonnie Hunt also is in talks to pen the project.
The original film was based on the book Madame Doubtfire and starred Williams as a divorced father who dresses like an English nanny just so he can see his children.
