– The Hollywood Reporter reports that Dustin Hoffman and Dax Shepard will face off one another in Car Wars.
The comedy has a “snobby Mercedes-Benz dealer (Hoffman) who sees his kingdom crumble after a ‘Hollywood Classic Cars’ shop opens up across the street. The new dealer (Shepard) quickly befriends Hoffman’s character despite his immense hostility.”
Warner Bros. will distribute the eventual film.
– Variety reports that Halle Berry will join Perfect Stranger, a psychological thriller from Revolution Studios. The film will tell the story of a woman who goes undercover to investigate the death of a friend’s murder.
