Hector Garza is still in the Harris County jail after being found with steroids at the Houston International Airport last Tuesday. He did not have a prescription on him for the steroids, but a prescription was faxed to authorities, who have not dropped the charges yet. Garza will have a hearing before a judge at 9 a.m. Monday and a scheduled arraignment on Tuesday.
