One of the Diva Search contestants, Carmella DeCesare, was in a Cleveland court yesterday on a misdemeanor assault charge. The AP story, makes no mention of WWE. DeCesare is identified as being a former Playboy Playmate of the year and the girlfriend of Cleveland Browns QB Jeff Garcia. During the trial, it came out that Garcia dated Kristen Hine four or five times before brwaking up with her for DeCesare. They had a confrontation on 8/21 at the Tramp night club near Cleveland. After a round of name calling, a friend of Hine’s dumped a drink on DeCesare. Hine tried to walk away from the scene and DeCesare, who has a martial arts background, allegedly grabbed a dance pole and kicked Hine in the head, making her head snap back. Garcia testified that Hine tried to talk with him, but DeCesare kicked someone other than Hine and it was in self defense.
