Anthony Hopkins and Morgan Freeman are reteaming for the first time since Amistad for Harry and the Butler, a loose remake of the 1962 Danish film Harry og Kammertjeneren.
The film tells the story of a down-on-his-luck musician (Freeman), who has somehow ended up living in an abandoned boxcar in Los Angeles. When he inherits some money, he hires a butler (Hopkins), who helps him to get his life into shape.
The film is set to be directed by Steve Bing, who is currently working on Why Men Shouldn’t Marry. Hopkins is currently appearing in Alexander, while Freeman can be seen in Million Dollar Baby.
