Hector Garza is still in Houston, Texas while he awaits another court hearing. This particular hearing is for him to plead his case for having his travel and work visas reinstated. Should he decide to leave the country without at least having a hearing set, Garza could be turned away at the border for the next ten years. Garza is not currently being held but is apparently under “supervision” according to El Norte in Mexico.
