According to Monkey Peaches (www.monkeypeaches.com), Chow Yun-Fat is a lock for the forthcoming Pirates of the Caribbean sequels. Yun-Fat would play pirate Zhang Baozai (Cheung Po-Tasi) in the films. Recently, has reportedly been spotted around Hong Kong with a beard and slightly more muscular frame.
Director Gore Verbinski, who flew to Hong Kong to coax the action star into the role, has asked the actor to grow a beard and a bigger frame for his role.
