Pistol Pez Whatley Passes Away
From Scott Hudson:
“1wrestling.com is reporting that Pistol Pez Whatley passed away today at a Chattanooga hospital. I know Pez had suffered from several physical maladies over the last few years and was very ill 18 months ago.
Word was he had recovered a great deal of his health but I guess not. I worked with Pez for 6 years in WCW and a nicer man you will not find. Wrestling is dimmed by his loss.
So long, Pez.”
