TNA and Lucha star, Hector Garza is expected to be deported the U.S. and taken back to Mexico according to El Norte. Garza is currently free after spending many days in jail, but is under supervision in Texas and waiting to be informed that he will be sent back. There appears to be no set time period for him to be returned to his home country.
Garza is attempting to settle his legal issues stemming from his arrest for possession of a controlled substance on the 3rd of January. If he is unable to successfully appeal the deportation within the next 30 days, he’ll be barred from entering the United States legally for the next decade.
