People from the Bush administration are reportedly looking at reinstating the indictments against Rob Zicari (Rob Black), Janet Romano (Lizzy Borden) and Extreme Associates (all formerly of XPW). They are going to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia after U.S District Judge Gary Lancaster of Pittsburgh dismissed the indictments for violating federal obscenity laws.
