Sean Waltman was backstage at the Impact tapings this week, but not used. He is said to be in a lot of pain from a match he had in Mexico along side BG James and Billy Gunn. When he took a bump outside the ring, it looks like he hurt a nerve in his hip, and is barely able to walk. This did bring up some red flags at the Impact Tapings, and they decided not to use him.
Billy Gunn will be going by the name ‘New Age Outlaw’ since WWE actually let that trademark go.
Both Billy Gunn and Sean Waltmen were very motivated at the PPV, as both are ready to make an impact in TNA.
Scott Hall is reportedly being on his best behavior, or at least behaving until the shows are over. However, He recently took a trip to Korea, that had physically worn him out, due to an overnight flight.
Kid Kash has been on his best behavior since the last run-ins with management. It seems as he has finally realized that he should just have fun, and not worry about the management.
Phi Delta Slam, who worked the PPV, is actually consisted of Dusty Rhodes’ hunting buddies in Florida, “Brother” Bruno Sassi and Big Tilly.
Many think that Dusty is pushing his son too hard, and that it seems as Dustin hasn’t fully recovered emotionally from his WWE release over a year ago. He is said to have very little motivation.
