Former “Growing Pains” actress Tracey Gold was sentance to three years’ probation after she pleaded guilty to a second felony drunken driving charge. The incident stems from an accident that injured her husband and two of her three children.

Tracey Gold Marshall, 35, pleaded guilty in January to felony drunken driving. S

On Monday, a Superior Court judge decided to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor, but the deputy attorny refused, saying he would press charges for child endangerment instead.

To avoid those charges, she pleaded guilty to the second felony drunken-driving charge.

Judge Bruce Clark decided to place Marshall on three years’ probation, ordered her to complete 30 days of work release supervised by the jail and 240 hours of community service.

Outside court, Marshall said she wanted to let students know “every decision you make you have to be responsible for.”

“It’s been, for me, very healing,” she added.
