Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) will join Dimension Films’ sci-fi supernatural thriller, Pulse
Commercial director Jim Sonzero is making his feature debut on the horror film, which is slated to begin shooting in early summer in Romania. Written by Wes Craven, the film is a remake of the Japanese movie Kairo. The story revolves around a Web site that turns out to be run by a sinister force. As more people go to the site, the supernatural force begins to dominate the lives of those that log on. Bell and Talley’s characters team up to unravel the mystery.
Exec producers Bob and Harvey Weinstein hope to turn the film into a future franchise.

Sam Rockwell (Matchstick Men) and Amanda Peet (The Whole Ten Yards) will join Snow Angels, with Emily Mortimer(Bright Young Things) expected to join as well.
Adapted from the novel by Stewart O’Nan, the story interweaves the life of a teenager, Arthur, with his one-time baby sitter Annie (Mortimer), who is struggling with a young daughter and her estranged husband, Glenn (Rockwell). Peet will play Barb, the female lead. Jesse Peretz (The Chateau) will direct the feature.
