This has fallen under the radar, but Chris Jericho’s contract is up at the end of the year. He is growing more and more frustrated with creative not paying him as much attention as others, however creative doesn’t want to invest as much time in him as usual, with the possible factor that he might not be with the company after this year. He is feeling burnt out, however one person close to Jericho says that he is getting stale, and he knows it.
In a recent interview, with XM Radio’s Opie & Anthony, Jericho said that HHH is the star of RAW, and he always will be. It was like that when he won the belt, when Benoit won the belt, and it will be the whole time Batista has the belt. He also said that if his apathy and attitude stays this way, he will probably not re-sign at the end of the year.
He also commented that Matt Hardy got a raw deal from the WWE, and to get fired over your girlfriend sleeping with other talent is bad business for WWE.
