Dustin Rhodes was arrested this past Monday and charged with misdemeanor battery stemming from a domestic incident with his girlfriend. Due to a court appearance on Tuesday, Rhodes was unable to attend iMPACT! tapings. Rhodes was released on a $1000 bond and was ordered to refrain from use of drugs or alcohol, that he must stay out of any establishment selling alcohol and that he was to have no contact with his girlfriend.
In an interesting note, Rhodes girlfriend was reportedly at the television tapings for iMPACT!.
