HBO has announced the premiere date for its Hollywood comedy “Entourage” and its new series, Lisa Kudrow’s “The Comeback.”
“Entourage” will begin its second season at 9 p.m. ET Sunday, June 5. The show will pick up a months after the events of season one, with movie star Vince Chase (Adrian Grenier) and his crew having returned to Los Angeles after shooting a movie in New York.
Among the celebs popping up in cameos this season are Bono, Hugh Hefner, Peter Dinklage, Nicole Eggert, Mandy Moore, Amanda Peet, Pauly Shore, Danny Masterson and director James Cameron.
“The Comeback” will air at 9:30 Sundays, also starting June 5. “Friends” star Kudrow, who created the show with Michael Patrick King (“Sex and the City”), plays a one-time sitcom star trying to regain her former glory.
