ROHWresling.com newswire reports that Jay Lethal suffered a serious neck injury, that will force him to miss dates. The injury apparently occurred at the finish of the impromptu main event between Lethal/Joe & Homicide/Low-Ki. Homicide and Low-Ki won the match with a Cop Killa (Vertabreaker/Kudo Driver) while Low-Ki came off the top with a double stomp; giving more force to an already potentially dangerous move. ROH are now considering banning the Cop Killa.
The newswire also reports that CM Punk suffered a concussion at the end of his match with Jimmy Rave, and cannot remember the end of the match, or cutting a promo backstage. Rave hit Punk with several vicious chair shots at the end of their dog collar match.
