17-year-old Cody Kasch’s character has seen his fair share of trouble on ABC’s “Desperate Housewives,” where he’s had to deal with his mother’s suicide, his father’s increased paranoia and his girlfriend breaking up with him. Now, the young actor’s problems are slipping into real life as they happen on the small screen.
According to the AP, Kasch was arrested and charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession late Tuesday night.
Kasch was reportedly arrested by an officer after he was allegedly seen smoking marijuana in public. He was ticketed for fifth-degree drug possession and released. No court date has been set.
