Bill Goldberg and Steve Austin — along with Bob Sapp, Kevin Nash and others — have small parts in the upcoming film “The Longest Yard.” In Seattle promoting the film, Goldberg said that “there is no question I’ll be back in the ring at some point,” but “I won’t work for those morons up North.” When asked about possible opponents, he listed Nash, Sapp and Tito Ortiz, who recently was guest ref in an NWA World Title match on TNA. He is also saying that he’d like to write a book aobut his WWE run.
Meanwhile, Steve Austin — who will be the guest on Byte This! tomorrow night on WWE.com at 8 p.m. EDT — claimed in a recent story in the Edmonton Sun that he would like to have one more “dream match” — with the rumor being at Wrestlemania 22 — vs. Hulk Hogan.
