TNA Impact Report

I am not going give any sappy goodbyes because it looks TNA Impact will be back, the only question is when. If you want to know why they need TV time, well click here .

Last Week: Dusty makes a king of the mountain match between JJ, AJ Styles, Monty Brown, Abyss and a wild card. At the end of the show Abyss gave Jarrett the Black Hole Slam.

In the RDS studios, Marc Blondin and Benoit Cossette (boooo) introduce us to this week’s Impact edition. The announcers confirm that this will be Impact’s last episode on FSN. Next week, RDS will still show TNA, except it will be old footages.

BG James & Truth vs AMW: Last week, after AMW’s loss, they were seen arguing. James has the mic, but Killings snatches it away. Killings takes the mic and says the only person James should be talking to is to him. James Storm starts it off with BG James, who begins the attack with forearms to the back. Back & forth leads into the punchy punchy and kneedrop combo that James does for a 2 count. Tag to Truth, who didn’t expect it. Snapmare by Storm and tag to Harris. After some b&f, Harris does a Thesz Press with some lefts. Whip, duck, flying forearm by Ron. Tag to BG James, who gets an atomic drop and clothesline by Harris. Tag to Storm and now AMW are kicking BG in the corner. Whip by Storm, duck, double knock out. Tag to Harris, tag to Truth. Both battle it out, Harris ducks a spinkick and connects with a clothesline. James Storm throws a chair in the ring, but Harris doesn’t want to use it. Truth with the scissors kick to Harris on the chair gives 3 Live Kru the victory. AMW continue to argue. Ron wants the truth from James. Outlaw shows up, James pushes Killings out of the way and James gets knocked out by Outlaw. Konnan arrives and does the Rolling Thunder to Outlaw and throws his shoe at him. It looks like a fan throws a shoe in the ring and Ron throws it at James. Both he and Killings doubleteam Outlaw. James wants to participate, except that Truth and Konnan push him away. They leave James in the ring as the fans chant “New Age Outlaws”.

Romeo vs Zach Gowen: Romeo starts with a slap to the face. Gowen comes back with dropkick/superkick and a clothesline. Romeo throws into the corner and pounds on him. Romeo gets a couple of covers for 2 after some kicks and a clothesline. Suplex by Romeo gets deux. In the corner, Zach gets chopped. Romeo charges, but meets the boot and gets a tornado DDT. Lance Hoyt vs Bruno Sassi (w. Big Tilly): Bruno starts the attack, but Hoyt comes back with a clothesline. While the referee is distracted, Bruno gives a lowblow and throws Hoyt out of the ring. After being beat up by Tilly, he goes in the ring. More beatings. Hoyt comes back with a shoulder block, a clothesline, a big boot and the moonsault from the top gets Hoyt the 3 count. Big Tilly comes in for the attack and Hoyt gives the big boot on him as well. Scott D’Amore shows up and tells Hoyt that Bobby Roode will beat him at Slammiversary. Did I miss their feud? Scott says that Hoyt may not make it to Slammiversary because Scott himself will take of Hoyt. And, oh God, Scott unbuttons his shirt. Now that’s a heel. Roode attacks Hoyt from behind with the hockey stick and the beatdown is ON.

Bronco buster on Jarrett. Monty catches a flying Styles, but AJ pushes him in the corner and gives him an enziguri. Bronco buster coming on Brown, no, Brown puts him foot up. Suplex by Monty gets 2. Both JJ & Monty isolate Sean for awhile. Waltman comes back with a side suplex while being in a sleeper. Tag to Monty, tag to AJ, who goes crazy with clotheslines, spinkicks and a sprinboard double clothesline. Jarrett pulls the rope and AJ goes out. Monty gives Waltman a fallaway slam for 2. JJ brings a guitar, but the referee stops him. While they are arguing, Sean lowblows Monty and holds him. Jarrett turns and decks the first person he sees with the guitar -> Brown! AJ with the Spiral Tap to Brown for the 1, 2, 3. We end the segment with Sean Waltman holding and looking at the TNA title.

We end it in the RDS studios.
