We kick off ByteThis! tonight with Marc Loyd and Steve Romero. They tell us how great it is to be back and also how great ECW One Night Stand was. They remind us that this month of WWE 24/7 is Father and Son themed. The poll question of the night is…”Who do you think will be drafted to SmackDown!?” They recap the draft results and the matches for Vengeance. We are told that tonight’s guests are Joy Giovanni, Tyson Tomko, Dawn Marie, and The Coach. Romero tells us he had dinner with The Coach earlier and Coach paid for it. Droz is coming up…
They show a recap video of ECW One Night Stand. The Legion of Doom DVD is promoted.
We return with Droz on the phone. Droz comments that he watched the LOD DVD and was very impressed. He says that he was not surprised that they lasted so long. He said when he worked with them they treated each other like brothers. He says he was surprised at John Cena coming to RAW. Loyd asks if he was surprised of Angle causing trouble on his debut night. Droz tells us he is not, as it is in Angle’s nature. They ask about Jericho’s actions on RAW. He says that Jericho did what it took to get a championship shot. On Benoit, he says that he will do good things for SmackDown! and that he is the most intense wrestler on the show. He says he is surprised by the major names that have been drafted on both sides. Loyd reminds us that we’re short on time, so we’ll get Droz’s draft predictions next week. We go to a break…
We see film footage of Joy from the RAW Diva Search.
Joy is on the phone when we come back. She is asked about the RAW Diva Search from last year. She says it was nerve-wrecking because they had no prep-time for their activities. She says she was happy that Hemme won the Diva Search. She said she trusts Vince McMahon to do what is good for Joy. On the subject of her and Big Show, she said she was nervous. She said she was shocked when they asked her to kiss the Big Show, but she was okay with it. We are reminded that Joy won the Smackdown! Rookie Diva Contest. She is modest and said she was probably voted for because of her interaction with Big Show. She said it was surreal to escort Jimmy Hart at Wrestlemania! She said she watched a lot of legends growing up and was familiar with them. She says that the Viva Los Divas photo shoot was fun. She says that DVD shows the personalities of the Divas and gives you a closer look at them. She leaves giving the following advice to the participants of the RAW Diva Search 2005: Be yourself! The Problem Solver is on the phone. He is asked about working with Christian. He says he was up for the challenge and that they’re going to make it happen and win the gold. He says that Christian went for Cena because he is the “top dog”. Tomko says he takes pride in helping Christian. He tells us that he is a good brawler, but is learning wrestling tactis from Christian. On the subject of Tomko’s single career, he says that one day he will go for the title and win it. Tomko is asked that if he and Christian were split up during the draft, would he become a problem solver for somebody else. He says he might, but would probably focus on a singles career. Loyd asks what the deal is on his tattoos. He says it is partly because of his fascination with ancient Egyptians, but also because of his Blackfoot Indian heritage. It took Tyson 120 hours to receive all of his tattoos. He says that he had to block out the pain, as he would sit for 6-8 hours a day getting the tattoos done. They comment that he has been pretty impressive on his own. He says he gives 120 percent when he wrestles. What inspired Tomko to wrestle? He watched wrestling growing up. His favorites were Bruiser Brody and Arn Anderson. He was a bodyguard for Limp Bizkit for 3 years. He leaves by saying “I will be WWE Champion one day, mark my words.” Dawn Marie coming up…

Dawn Marie is on the phone. She says it was a great feeling to be at One Night Stand and that she had to hold back her tears. She says the fans are the same as they were when she last saw them. She says to know ECW you have to see a live event. They congratulate her on her pregnancy. She says that she had a great time at the Viva Las Divas photo shoot. She was happy because she could end her diet at that time. She says she is very picky about her bikinis and that she designs them herself. Her advice for the RAW Diva Search entrants is to put 200 percent in and stay only if you love the business. She says her goodbyes. The Coach on in a few…
We see Coach getting beat up by Christy and Carmella from the Diva Search last year.
Coach is in the house. He starts off by saying he “created” ByteThis! He says that the Diva Search this year will be better than last years, and the girls are “dirty hot.” On the topic of Coach actually wrestling, he says its difficult and does not consider himself great. He does say he would have won the Royal Rumble had in not been for Flair or Batista. A fan in the chat room makes a witty remark to Coach, which leads Coach to say that the chat room was his idea. Coach claims he did not go to dinner with Romero, let alone pay for it. “Coach hasn’t paid for dinner since ’02!” He says he is going to be partying in Vegas the next couple of weeks. On Cena and Angle on RAW, he says it bolstered the already great roster. He states that when Cena gets in the ring with Jericho and “C-Squared” (Christian) he will be exposed as the paper champion he is. He also states that Triple H will become an 11 time World Champion. He leaves, as do Loyd and Romero.
