Mel Gibson and Colin Farrell will be teaming up for Terrence Malick’s The Tree of Life.
Indian production house Percept Picture Company will, erm, produce the feature. It will be the first big budget film for the company, a $145 million project. It has been in negotiation for the last five months, and is still on the quiet side of things right now. Percept hasn’t commented officialy on the project yet, saying they will have an annoucement next week.
Apparently the film will “take India places in the Hollywood circles”, and will be short partly in India and partly abroad.
