According to 1wrestling.com and JBZA2000:

WWE Smackdown! (Tucson, AZ)
Tucson Convention Center Arena
Airdate: 6/23/05

Scotty 2 Hotty & Shannon Moore vs. TNT (Garrison Cade & Trevor Rhodes)

Cade is growing his hair out again. Pretty basic tag team match which ended with Shannon Moore getting the pin.

WINNERS: Shannon Moore & Scotty 2 Hotty

Josh Matthews & Steve Romero make their appearance for Velocity

Rene Dupree vs. Patrick ???

Same jobber as the one in a Raw dark match this week. Dupree gets on the mic before the match then eventually gets the pin in the match.

WINNER: Rene Dupree

Booker T vs. Billy Kidman

Booker gets the win with the scissor kick

WINNER: Booker T

Orlando Jordan vs. Nunzio

Jordan gets the pin in another pretty basic match

WINNER: Orlando Jordan

Chris Benoit vs. Steve ???

Benoit has been thrown to the Velocity wolves?? Ouch. At least he makes short work out of this guy with the Crossface.

WINNER: Chris Benoit

Tazz & Cole come out for Smackdown

Smackdown intro hits and pyro goes off

Show starts off with Randy Orton on the mic saying that he is glad to be drafted to Smackdown so he can get his revenge on Taker. He talks about all the legends he has “killed”, etc. He then shows footage of last week and how he RKO’ed the Undertaker. Just when Randy drops the mic and gets ready to leave, the lights go out and the ring fills up with fog. Taker is seen standing behind Orton and he jolts out of the ring. Orton stands near the stage and a lightning bolt nearly hits him. Pretty good stuff.

Joey Mercury vs. Heidenreich

Good pop for Heidenreich but no friends or disasterpieces tonight. Melina’s intro is the best live! Melina gets on the apron and Michelle McCool comes out and beats her up a little bit to the crowd’s delight. Ref gets knocked out somehow and that prompts Nitro to interfere and Mercury to get the 1-2-3.

WINNER: Joey Mercury

MNM are seen on the tron and Melina says she is gonna challenge Michelle McCool to a match next week on Smackdown.

JBL is seen at Teddy Long’s office door and he eventually asks his if he’s got the next draft pick in there. Long doesn’t say a word and JBL asks him to at least give him the superstar’s initials. Another commercial

Chavo Guerrero vs. Paul London (Cruiserweight Championship)

London can put on a good fast-paced cruiserweight match. This match comes to an end when Psicosis (no mask), Juvi & Super Crazy interfere and announce themselves as the “Mexicools”. Pretty funny stuff.

No winner declared?

JBL comes to the ring and continues to say he is the official Champion of Smackdown. This prompts Booker T to come out and beg to differ. Benoit then comes to the ring and then Big Show. All four men are in the ring as Teddy Long comes out (with a new title belt in hand, but not exposed) and says that JBL is indeed the official Smackdown Champion… if he can win a 5 man match next week on Smackdown for the Smackdown Championship. Teddy says it will be those 4 men along with the Undertaker. Shortly after, our 3rd draft pick interrupts and it’s none other than Muhammad Hassan along with Daivari. Hassan says continues to go on about his undefeated streak and how he should be Smackdown champion. Hassan talks smack to each of the stars in the ring and gets to the Big Show and says he can beat him anytime. Hassan eventually gets kicked out of the ring and Teddy Long says that he will be having a match next with the Big Show.

Big Show vs. Muhammad Hassan w/ Daivari

Hassan eventually gets the win over the Big Show

WINNER: Muhammad Hassan

A video package is shown to promote the upcoming Mysterio/Guerrero match.

We learn that Hassan has been added to the 5 man match next week now making it a 6-man.

Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio

Lots of Eddie Sucks chants and lots of 619 chants. Pretty long match which ended with Mysterio hitting the 619 on Guerrero for the pin.

WINNER: Rey Mysterio

After the match Eddie gets on the mic and rips on the crowd and calls all of the Mexicans there a bunch of wetbacks. Ouch. Big heat there. Eddie eventually makes his way out of the ring and to the back as the show comes to a close
