Former IWGP champion Shinya Hashimoto passed away Monday morning in Yokohama, Japan. Hashimoto was 40 years old and it is believed that he passed away due to a brain aneurysm. Hashimoto, a hall of fame wrestler headlined more major shows than almost anyone in Japan and was the brain behind the original Zero One promotion.
