Jeri Ryan is returning to FOX as the O.C’s newest resident.
The former “Boston Public” star will have a recurring role on the show’s third season, which starts Thursday, Sept. 8. She’ll be playing a recovering alcoholic named Charlotte, whom Kirsten (Kelly Rowan) meets and forms a friendship with during her own stint in rehab
Jeri Ryan was a regular for three seasons on “Boston Public,” which filmed at the same Manhattan Beach studios as “The O.C.” Her other credits include “Star Trek: Voyager,” and a guest stint on “Two and a Half Men.”
