– At the end of Saturday’s CT Ring of Honor show, several fans through bottles into the ring at CM Punk after he got laid out by Christopher Daniels. Punk ran into the crowd and after a fan after he asked who did it and a fan ran out the door. No confrontation occured and Punk was brought back to the ROH locker room. No word on whether or not this was planned or a shoot.

– Punk broke his nose and had a gash down his back at the show; Daniels had a split lip. They will face off this Saturday at Philadelphia’s National Guard Armory. – The JAPW show this weekend started with Teddy Hart, Sandman and others no-showing the event, but ended on a high note, according to reports from PWInsider’s Mike Johnson. Jay Lethal teamed with his father and surprise partner Charlie Haas — cleared to wrestle by WWE as long as he isn’t wrestling for TNA or on TV — against Steve Corino, Ricky Landell, and Rick Silver. Haas was reportedly booked for this date last Saturday by the company, and Haas originally broke into the business working JAPW shows teamed with his twin brother Russ. Haas, who got a great welcome, laid out Lethal at the end of the show, setting up Lethal vs. Haas on 9/10 for the JAPW title. For more details go to JAPW.net.
