Most television experts consider the Emmys telecast to be the official starting point for the new fall season. This year, that date happens to be Sunday, Sept. 18 and UPN is taking those parameters to heart.
“WWE Smackdown!” — which produces 52 new episodes each year, will move to its new night as of Friday, Sept. 9, while all of the new series and shows currently on summer break will wait until the week of the 19th to make their comebacks.
The summer reality series “R U the Girl with T-Boz and Chilli,” which premieres on Wednesday, July 27 will have it’s live finale on Tuesday, Sept. 20 featuring a concert with T-Boz, Chilli and the show’s winner.
