Spike TV hits mat with ‘Impact!’
Spike TV is back in the wrestling business, sealing a deal to telecast TNA (Total Nonstop Action) Wrestling as a weekly series. Taped at Universal Studios in Orlando, “Impact!” will be added to the cable channel’s Saturday lineup in the fall. Spike TV parted ways this year with World Wrestling Entertainment, whose “SmackDown!” series will resurface on USA Network in October.
