PWInsider.com and its reader Melissa Merida are reporting that a recent Pay Per View preview commercial shows the following matches as scheduled for Summerslam:
– Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels
– Triple H vs. Ric Flair
– Undertaker vs. Randy Orton
– Muhammad Hassan vs. Batista
– John Cena defends the WWE title against Edge
With WWE expected to re-book much of tonight’s Great American Bash outcomes due to UPN’s request to WWE that the Hassan character be removed from SD, and Matt Hardy since coming back into the picture on RAW, this line-up is in no way set in stone.
Thus far, based on recent rumors, here is the rumored Summerslam card, whilc will likely fall into line a bit more after tonight’s PPV:
– Hogan vs. Michaels
– Cena vs. Jericho for WWE Title
– Batista vs. Taker vs. Orton for World Title
– HHH vs. Ric Flair
