– The Muhammad Hassan situation continues to get mainstream press, including a Washington Times story as well as the cover story in The Detroit Free Press (the city where the Hassan character was from in the storylines).
Additionally, WWE.com has posted a video clip of Teddy Long discussing Hassan. In it, he says that Hassan “can go to RAW or anywhere else, but as far as I’m concerned, he can go to hell.” I’d say this effectively removes Hassan from the Smackdown roster.

Nash has teamed with both superstars in the past, and has some interesting insight into the match-up, which he calls “the old Pro Wrestling Illustrated Dream Match – the computer match – but we actually get to see it.”
