– On this week’s Billboard “Top 200” album chart, the John Cena album came in at no. 145 (it was no. 131 last week). This is the 11th week on the chart.
– Lots of eye-rolling is happening among not just the wrestlers, but even front office and production staffers, at the latest round of TV writers WWE has hired. Some don’t know even the most basic backstage terms about wrestling. There is a growing feeling that Stephanie McMahon has an obsession with WWE moving as far away from its roots as possible. Court Bauer was the last person with extensive wrestling knowledge hired, but he’s writing Velocity, not RAW or SD. Stephanie reportedly loved RAW this week because of the sports entertainment ratio.
