Another day, another day. But the good ol’ month of August is almost near its completion (thankfully!!!). Even though I’m going on a record for consecutive work days with no break, I’m actually feeling ‘decent’ considering the current time and that school starts tomorrow. So to celebrate, we got SummerSlam just an hour away, or by the time you get this it should be well underway. So comes the time to renew my prediction taste and have a winning record this time… far, far away from GAB.

Matt Hardy vs. Edge (Review Video)
MY Prediction: Winner; Matt Hardy. It’s time to give the “big” payoff to Matt and give him the win. I’m not exactly sure how much more they can stretch out this feud without making it as stale as it is now (even though I liked this one). Plus, I’m getting the feeling that they probably want Edge to cash in his ‘Money in the Bank’ soon.
Backstage Interview, Lilian Garcia w/ Kurt Angle: According to Angle, Eugene is a criminal for stealing his medals, and I agree!!
Medal Match: Kurt Angle vs. Eugene
MY Prediction: Winner; Kurt Angle. Angle has to get the medals back, no question about it, what is he without them… common he’s an Olympic Hero! Then to top it off, Eugene lost last SummerSlam in nearly the same role against HHH.
The newest RAW Diva, Ashley, is outside the arena interviewing the fans and getting their opinion on who will win the HBK vs. Hulk Hogan match. Hey, you gotta have her doing something right!?
Quick Heat: Told ya that Ashley would be in the finals, and since my other pick got the boot earlier, just means I picked the right winner. By the way, in that interviewing segment she just had… can her shirt be cut any lower!? Hope the answer is yes!
Legend vs. Icon: Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels
MY Prediction: Winner; Hogan. This is probably my “worry” pick for me here, just cuz they can go either way with this one. But Shawn has pretty much had the upper hand throughout the feud and history usually gives the win to the lesser of the match. But I don’t know either one. Should be the “match of the night” or at least the “hype” of the night.
SMACKDOWN!

Legend Killer vs. Legend: Randy Orton vs. The Undertaker
MY Prediction: Winner; Orton. Randy gets the win back from WM and gets back on track for his run at the World Title once more against Batista.
U.S. Title Match: Chris Benoit vs. Orlando Jordan (Champ)
MY Prediction: Winner; Benoit. Jordan who… oh he’s the guy with the title right? That’s right; he’s also one of the ones who pretty much screwed me over on my picks at GAB. Now I remember. Shit, why do we have to have another crap fest of a match? Granted, it’s got Benoit… but who cares about Jordan? I rather see Benoit wrestle himself. Sad really, from defending the World Title last year to this… we can only hope things look brighter in the future.
Custody for Dominick Ladder Match: Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio
MY Prediction: Winner; Mysterio. Another feud that has to end soon. They’ve pulled this one out as far as they can go and really haven’t gotten one MOTY candidate from these two who can wrestle wrestling gold. But yeah, time to move these two guys off to newer feuds and give Rey’s son back.

No Holds Barred World Heavyweight Title Match: JBL vs. Batista (Champ)
MY Prediction: Winner; Batista. The animal keeps the title here because honestly this should have been over by GAB. And I’m not to hot over this feud either just cuz I don’t think JBL deserves to be in the World Title picture at ANY time. Batista should have another opponent for the belt by Thursday (Edge?). Also their last match wasn’t exactly enjoyable to watch. Common, lets get this one over with….
WWE Title Match: Chris Jericho vs. John Cena (Champ)
MY Prediction: Winner; Cena. This is actually one match that I’m looking forward too as I enjoy both guys in this one. To bad Jericho wont be winning the title (if he does, I’m SHOCKED!!) because I would love to see the strap with him once more. But I think Cena is still being groomed and won’t let him drop the title just yet. Besides, Angle is probably next in line if they use Edge’s contract over on Batista.

The Hurricane w/ Super Stacy vs. Chris Masters
Hurricane gets the quick advantage as Masters goes after Stacy and I know think the match is fighting for Stacy’s honor. However, we get the usual boring stuff from Masters and followed by the master lock, for the win. Yawn, damn I can’t believe they booked this guy onto the show.
Winner: Chris Masters
Heat Wave of the Night: Ok, we don’t get Shelton, we don’t get Christian, hell… we don’t even get any tag title matches from either brand (not that I’m asking for them since they are pretty much non- existent). Saying something is missing would probably be an understatement with some of the matches we have on the card tonight. To bad the first two guys mentioned above aren’t going to get the chance to shine some bit on the second biggest PPV of the night. And then only THREE titles on the line??? Ouch, what happened to the IC and Carlito (which is why I thought Benjamin would be on the card to finally win the title back?) Only time will tell I guess how this one will be pulled off.
