The premiere of Friday Night Smackdown will air in the New York market on UPN 9/WWOR-TV on Saturday, September 10 at 8pm due to being preempted by the Yankee/Red Sox game that Friday. In Boston, it will air Saturday at 10 pm.
MLB and some other local sports will air in place of SD in several markets, including Green Bay where the first episode will air at 9:30 pm on September 9 instead of 7 pm due to High School Football.
