CAPPOTELLI’S RETURN ANNOUNCED, LASHLEY VS VISK SET FOR NEXT WEEK

The Tolands lost the OVW Southern Tag Team Titles clean to Seth Skyfire and Chet The Jet Jablonski. After the match, The Tolands were a class act and handed over the titles and shook their hands. Standing ovation. Hot match.

Chris Cage (in a neckbrace, Heyman loves his babyfaces to fight from disadvantages) pinned Aaron “The Idol” Stevens, but then Stevens hit The Idolizer on the floor. Big time stretcher job. Micki James came to ringside crying for Cage. Really Good.

Jamie Noble was in OVW and had a really good match losing to Deuce Shade. Al Snow tried to interview Deuce about the incident last week with Rob Conway, but Heyman kept it a mystery for another week and Deuce respectfully said no to the interview.

For you Maria Kannelis fans, she wore the sexiest rock n roll outfit I’ve ever seen her wear on this show, and had a quick moment in the locker room where she and Sosay almost got into it.

Bobby Lashley and Brent Albright had a Texas Tornado No DQ Match with Dean Visk and Ken Doane. Crazy match, Lashley beat up everyone on the heel side including Kenny Bolin and press slamming Sosay out of the ring. Visk with a low blow and a clothesline on Lashley for the shocking pin.

They announced Lashley vs Visk for next week and the crowd went crazy. Just nuts. They announced in two weeks, Matt Cappotelli is back in the ring, and the big news is he will face Jeter for the title. People were high fiving each other and jumping up and down for that one.

Jeter had three interviews. In the first, he begged Jillian Hall to “fix his problem.” He said “you got MNM on the cover of Smackdown magazine, you got The Tolands a WWE contract, look at all you’ve done already for JBL.” Then he asked, “can you fix this Cappotelli problem for me?” and she said NO!

Then Jeter was approached by Paul Burchall, who offered to be his bodyguard. They did a hilarious routine where someone was knocking on the door and Burchall thought it was Jeter clowning around, because the person kept saying “it’s room service.” Then “it’s a special delivery.” Then “land shark”. It turned out to be Cappotelli, who beat up Burchall with the crutch the same way he did Mr Kennedy last week. Then Jeter closed the TV with a great promo about facing Cappotelli in two weeks.
