[RAW] Austin, Torrie Out, Batista, Christian, Goldust, Vader In?

– WrestlingObserver.com is reporting that Steve Austin refused to do the job to Jonathan Coachman at Taboo Tuesday, so tonight the match was changed to Dave Batista vs. the Coach in an angle on RAW. Apparently, it didn’t help that Austin was told JR would NOT be returning even though it seems differently on television.

– Steve Austin’s contract with WWE is not as a worker, so it is unclear how this impacts their relationship. On TV it was explained by Vince that Austin got into an accident over the weekend and therefore forfeits to the Coach, even though Dave Batista was named a sub for the match.

– According to PWInsider.com, the original plan was for the Coach to beat Austin with outside interference from a returning Mark Henry, who is backstage at tonight’s RAW. Austin was angry after hearing about this yesterday.

– Christian, despite not renewing his deal with WWE, has agreed to do RAW tonight (where he appeared) and Taboo Tuesday tomorrow should he be voted in. His last WWE appearance under this contract was taped yesterday for this coming Friday Night Smackdown.

– Torrie Wilson is also gone from the company, according to WrestlingObserver.com, and has been removed from all Taboo Tuesday graphics. Her husband Billy Kidman was released from WWE earlier this year.

– Goldust and Vader debuted on RAW tonight. See all WWE transactions and RAW/SD cross-promotional appearances in our exclusive transactions log.

– Also changed for Taboo Tuesday was the Conway-Eugene match which will now be Rob Conway and Tyson Tomko (added to the match by Eric Bischoff during a WWE.com Unlimited segment) vs. Eugene and a legend chosen by the fans (Kamala, Snuka or Duggan).
