The Sunday HEAT Wave.com

Lots of things going on in this week of wrestling as Edge captures his first ever WWE Title and Kurt Angle jumps over to Smackdown to wrestle away the vacant World Title in a battle Royal this past Friday. Can anyone step up this week in HEAT!? Who knows, maybe I’ll crown my own HEAT Champion.

Gregory Helms vs. Justin Pancano
Well the no entrance theory takes center stage on this match as the superhero formerly known as Hurricane is sure to be looking out with some vengeance over that horrible loss to ugh… the king. But hey, when you get buried like that you’re rewarded with a win on Heat. And this is no exception as Helms comes out strong and gets Justin over with an arm flip, playing to the crowd. Swing to the ropes follows up by an elbow that misses giving Justin time to play some offense and try the two count. Arm drag is countered and Justin is hung up on the ropes as Helms follows it up with a few knees to the chest. Action goes back to the ropes as Helms chokes out his opponent and throws him against corner to corner and finishes it off with a huge clothesline. Vertical suplex if followed up by another one and another one for a trifecta that gives Helms the shining wizard to end the match.
Winner: Gregory Helms

Tomko vs. Antonio
My prediction is that this match doesn’t last long as the Billy and Chuck wannabe does the song and dance, climbing on Tomko’s back until he gets pinned against the corner. Tomko then gets occupied by Romeo on the outside giving Antonio the chance to get something in, but blocks his kick and gets clothesline for his troubles. Things change as Antonio actually gets a DDT off the turnbuckle but doesn’t capitalize as the big boot connects to get the 1-2-3.
Winner: Tyson Tomko

Lance Cade vs. Mick Birk
Mick Birk is the one in the ring sprawling with Cade in our next match and needless to say, we know who’s probably going to win. Lock up goes between the two to start the match as the “cowboy” knocks down the contender within a headlock and slaps him to boot. Elbows start to target the lower back of Birk and follows it up with a drop kick after a whip to the ropes. Pick up goes after the shoulder of Birk as the target of the body has switched once more. Arm lock is fitted into Birk as Cade finally picks on one specific part while twisting up the arm and pulls him down to the near right corner. Vertical Suplex is set up bouncing off the ropes to finish the move to give Cade the win.
Winner: Lance Cadr

Trevor Murdoch vs. Viscera
And now we have come to the MAIN EVENT!! As we get the other part of the once “cowboy” tag-team. And Murdoch tries to do the wise thing and shove Viscera, but Vis follows back and knocks Murdoch off his feet. Murdoch then gets the upper hand literally as he delivers a few rights and lefts pushing back the big man, but is put off gaurd as Viscera follows it up with a HUGE spine buster. A out of character kick is blocked from Trevor as Vis counters it with a big clothesline and chopped away at the corner post. But an up top move hits a swinging neck breaker to knock down Viscera as he begans to punch away while sitting on the big man’s chest. More hits focus on the head of Viscera as Murdoch gets in a kick to get a two count! Boy do those sideburns need to go! Spinning Heel kick turns momentum around as a sidewalk slam hits in a follow up as he signals for the Visagra and connects. A few slaps to the behind and Viscera pumps away. (Um, that didnt sound to good didnt it!?) Murdoch escapes the samoan drop and out he goes for the countout.
Winner: Viscera

The HEAT Wave
Well we get the once Cade and Murdoch team headline the final two matches of the show, but we don’t get much out of it as one pretty much takes on fodder food and the other goes out in a count- out. You know, so much for having the boys of Heat stepping it up. Right now, Helms is the frontrunner for the Heat crown. Till then, Peace.
