Sally loses the fishing spear, and is even more disappointed when she finds out that Rupert isn’t available to find it for her.
New Ager Aras announces he wants to keep his tribe strong, so instead of voting off the guy who says he wants to quit the game, he decides that Melinda would be a better target. It seems that the only people that are strong are those who are in his alliance of young, pretty hip people.
Night 6 Casaya
Welcome Bruce!!
The tribe tries to figure out whether they want fire or water first. Bruce says they have good hearts but needs his skills. He then tries to organize the masses.
Shane doesn’t like him because he’s competent.
Bruce makes a cool filtering system, that may or may not work… maybe 90% free of killer bacteria.
Bruce: The tribe loves me. I’m McGuyver!!

Ruth Marie Oh, my God we’re hungry — Let’s eat snails…
Nick “We need fish” Quick shot of fish swimming…. Then Nick and Austin nearly catch a fish and bitch about Sally losing the spear.
They catch a fish… a poisonous puffer fish… Not so good…Until Terry catches a tiny fish named Nemo….Oh it’s so good…. “If we could catch just one fish a day we’d be in heaven!!” the tribe says.

Aras, says his alliance is with 3 nutballs. Says the problem with his tribe is the personalities…
Cirie notices how Courtney and Shane hate each other and laughs evilly.
Shane acts even more like an ass, calling Courtney crazy, then goes lays down.

The guys say that Ruth Marie is the weakest and makes the most sense to vote off becuase she’s week…. but then they say that Misty was the worst at the challenge, plus she’s smart and potentially trouble…
Sally says that they should vote off Ruth Marie or Dan… and asks Austin to vote with her. He sort of agrees. Austin struggles with the decision because he’s linked to Nick… So stick with Terry and Dan, or Misty and Sally? Hmmmm…..
