News And Shit

Strong and Aries get bitched out

So let me get this straight, you’re only going to suspend Waltman and Hardy for no showing PPV’s yet you’re going to punish Strong and Aries for showing up? Listen, I know that they could have missed the show, but did they? No. If they missed the show then fine, suspend them, yell at them, do what want you want. But these guys showed up, worked, and jobbed. Now apologize to Aries and Strong and don’t let this bullshit happen again.

That’s really the only news I give a damn about and even it was lucky to get a mention because this column is about one f*cking man…..

That’s How He Rolls

The mother-f*cking captain of TNA. Fuck Jarrett, f*ck Monty, f*ck Sting, and f*ck everyone else. Christian Cage owns every single one of them. The problem is, he should have been captain a long time ago. He should have been given the ball in WWE. But he wasn’t and why is this? Because he was up against Super Cena. When Christian was facing Cena, he wasn’t going to beat him. WWE felt Cena’s run hadn’t extended long enough by this point. I mean, we weren’t even at SummerSlam yet. Christian could have gotten huge crowd reactions, delivered golden promos, and carried Cena to a great match (and he did all three) and he wasn’t going to get the title. So once his program with Cena died (and lets be honest, it never died), what did they do with Christian? They sent him to Smackdown to burry him. Honestly, what did Christian do while over at Smackdown? Oh man, he had the Peep Show at a time where every mid card talent seemed to have a f*cking talk show. Lets not forget that he wasn’t booked at SummerSlam because WWE decided to book Benoit vs. Jordan is a 30 second squash. Christian never was and never would have been the captain of WWE, he was always going to be down below swabbing the poop deck. So what did Christian do? He got smart. He realized that he was nothing more than a mid card talent in WWE. No matter how good he was on the mic or how good he was in the ring, he wasn’t winning the World Title. So he took his WWE contract and said “Is this my WWE contract? Fuck my WWE contract.” And he jumped to TNA, where he knew he would shine. The question is, why in the hell did he jump?

See, he got smart. He came to TNA because get this…there’s WRESTLING in TNA. So everyone knew that Christian would be the NWA World Champion sooner than later. But when TNA signed Sting, those plans seemed to be on hold. All rumors said that Sting would face Jeff Jarrett for the NWA World Title at Lockdown, meaning if Christian were going to become World Champion, he would lose it a month later. I guess you can’t believe everything you read on the Internet.

Now, lets take a look at Christian’s title win from a fan’s perspective:

So where does the title run go from here. Well at Destination X, Christian is scheduled to face Monty Brown for the World Title. Christian will of course defeat Monty Brown because there is no way TNA will take the belt off of him this quickly. After that, who knows. I figure Abyss will get a shot somewhere down the line and they may even bring back Jeff Hardy just to job to Christian. When he will finally drop the belt? My guess is Slammiversary in the King Of The Mountain Match. TNA goes Prime Time around the time of that PPV so we all know that Jeff Jarrett will want the belt back when they move into the new time slot.
