Sunday Heat Wave
– Four matches, and not one was from Raw!!!

Eugene vs. Rob Conway
Wow, its amazing isnt it how Shelton had to win against THIS guy to become the #1 Contender for the IC strap!?!? Anyway, we also get the ‘cool’ wrestler who’s second replay of ‘Raw Legend Killer’ quickly faded away. Rob slaps away Eugene’s hand getting into a lockup and teases Eugene a bit. Conway takes control in the early going, getting Eugene down to the floor and stopping away at the mid-section. Shoulder block gets another takedown followed by and elbow for two! More teasing as Eugene goes to post to post and then suddenly starts to “Eugening Up” or whatever it is, tilt-a-wirl nearly gets the two! People’s elbow follows it up, but is reversed into a powerslam and calls for the end. But Eugene pulls out a backslide for the win.
Winner: Eugene

Chavo Guerrero vs. Lance Cade
Cade gets the early get go on Chavo, keeping him tied up in the near left corner as he taunts up the fans. Uppercut from Chavo moves things up, but changes quickly as Cade gets in a huge backbreaker. Adominal strecth slows the match down for a bit as Chavo finally breaks out of it and gets the momentum swing. Failed timeout attempt works against Cade as he puts on the three amigos but only gets two as Cade chops it down. Suplex attempt is reversed this time for Chavo getting a DDT giving him time to go up and hit the frog splash for the win.
Winner: Chavo Guerrero

Tyson Tomko vs. Viscera
I’m guessing this may be a quick match as both Venis and Snitsky stand by their men. Battle of the two big men go in favor for Tomko as he uses lots of hard and stiff moves against Vis, getting him down on a mat head lock. But things quickly change as Vis gets in a somoan drop and clothesline, following it up with the Visagra thats blocked by Snitsky. Tomko chops down Vis’ leg as Snitsky tries to get the chair, getting the ref’s attention. Sex Drive is locked in and nailed (pun intended), match over. But afterwards, Snitsky and Tomko start to drift away, showing some dissagreement between the two.
Winner: Viscera

Trevor Murdoch vs. Goldust
Trevor talks about his DQ match against Goldust and how he wasnt scarred of freaked out. But that he had something in his eye becuase he isnt an “Eyeologist” um… ok. Shattered Dreams hits and we start the match as Murdoch gets the early jump, but doesnt last as Goldust elbows Trevor out of the ring, where he stays for a LONG while. Goldust finally follows suit as Trevor hits him against the barracades. Top rop cross body connects and gets a two! Headlock is applied and Goldust moves out with a couple of shots to the gut. Elbow connects on Goldust’s chin and top tope move connects to follow it up for two! Trevor stays control until Goldust finally counters and throws in a few rights and and clothesline, setting up a slam for two! Backbody drop sets up Trevor in the corner setting up another back body drop, this time from Trevor into a pin combination. Both shoulders from both men are on the mat and counted as Goldust is rewarded with the win, with the replay showing he had his shoulder up first. Trevor gets in a shoulder block to get the last laugh as he walks out of the ring.
Winner: Goldust

The HEAT Wave:
Actually a pretty good show this weekend as they put in some story lines here with Goldust/ Murdoch and Tomko/Snitsky. Plus the matches weren’t that bad either, so it wasn’t a terrible waste.
