– TNA iMPACT! will make its Thursday night debut on April 13 at 9pm ET. Dixie Carter told the wrestlers that CSI will air at 8pm, with UFC Unleashed at 10 and The Ultimate Fighter at 11. CSI is the highest-rated show on SpikeTV, with TUF also pulling in solid numbers. TUF will premiere on April 6 at 11pm following a UFC special.
– There is talk of doing a two hour TNA special on April 13 but that is not confirmed.
– In the 9pm Thursday slot, TNA iMPACT! will be going head-to-head with hour two of Smackdown on The Score in Canada.
– TNA may move its tapings to Mondays. This is good because it’s one less travel day for the workers, and one less party day (recently a wrestler passed out and had to be snuck past Carter).
– A longer iMPACT! show, or a second weekly show are not in the works but are part of TNA’s long-term goals.
– Jeff Jarrett has said that TNA is close to having TV and PPV in Australia.
