— With the backlash that Saturday Night’s Main Event is getting, Heat can’t be all that bad this weekend, can it?

Eugene vs. Lance Cade
I’m so glad they regulated Eugene to Heat…. yeah, my thoughts exactly. Eugene does the usual play around in the ring, making Cade look like a complete idiot as Eugene puts on Cade’s jacket and hat. Cade plays the “happy” card for a bit until he levels Eugene with a clothesline, and pummels him on the mat. Stunner is missed by Eugene and Cade hits a bulldog. Modified belly to belly suplex gets s two for Cade. Follow up in the corner as the boot steps on the neck of Eugene and tries the neck breaker, but Eugene gets the reverse slide for the quick win.
Winner: Eugene

Matt Striker vs. Chris Valenzuela
We get the jobber of the show in this match as Striker takes us through a history lesson, cuz he’s out teacher. And boy are they giving Striker some GQ wrestling attire. Huge knee runs into the face of Chris into the corner to get two! Headlock follows up, but Chris battles his way out of the hold with a few rights and dropkick for two! Reversed face plant hits for Striker and that’s all she wrote. Squash.
Winner: Matt Striker

Rob Conway vs. Viscera
Conway tries to over power Viscera to start of the match, but a body slam quickly puts an end to that. Conway flees outside to get Viscera to follow him and moves momentum as he gets the big man to run into the steel post. Conway follows it up in the ring with a few stomps and flying clothesline for two! Hits to the face and step-up on the chest goes over until a somoan drop from the top rope backfires on Conway as he’s drilled in the far right corner. Visagra is called for and hit, and strangely, Conway seems to enjoy it, hmm. Sex drive ends the match.
Winner: Viscera

Chavo Guerrero vs. Tyson Tomko
The main EVENT, along with Chavo from… “EL PASO, TX!” cheap pop. Anyway, none of that matters as Tyson gets on the mean streak and stomps away at Chavo before the match even starts as he’s pulled outside. Drive to the apron hits Chavo’s back before being pulled back in and hitting a fall away slam for two! Tomko ties up Chavo in the corner as the “Eddie” chants come up, but doesnt do much as Tomko gets another near fall. Choke lock slows things down, but this time the “Eddie” chants bring up Chavo as he breaks out and hits Tyson with an elbow and drop kick. Cross body follows up for a two! Three amigos locks on until the third as Chavo is drived into the corner by Tomko. Body slam is attempted, but reversed into a DDT as Chavo goes up top for the frog splash for the 1-2-3. Chavo rides the two match win streak against a larger opponent for a second straight week.
Winner: Chavo Guerrero

The Heat Wave
Well if I’m not mistaken… we got more matches here than Saturday Night, and that isn’t a very good thing. Especially since SNME was on national television and Heat’s on .com telecast. Hmm, what part of this isn’t making sense?
