Well we last left CTU with Tony Almeida potentially dead, Henderson has escaped custody and for some odd reason Kim Bauer is dating some older, ugly dude and not me.

Rob: Oh he’s dead…Fuck!
Romo: Worst DEATH EVER!!
Rob: That is a brutal end for a great character.
Romo: At this point I want Jack dead too.
Rob: I have lost the will to live.
Meanwhile Audrey is being annoying bothering Jack.
Rob: Urge to kill rising. 5 1/2 seasons of brillance whittled down to 5 seconds, bullshit.
The President is gettting ready for his press conference. Martha tries to convince Logan to not declare martial law.
Rob: At least Novak is around to amuse me.
Romo: I think the only thing that would make me happy right now is a nude Chloe.
Rob: Not sure how much that would help but it couldnt hurt. Maybe a little necrophilia action with Edgar?
Logan starts his speach about what has been going on today in regard to the terrorist attacks. He says he is issuing a curfew on the LA area.
Rob: Every year its Los Angeles. Why would you live in Los Angeles at this point?
Romo: Because of the chicks.
At CTU Tony’s body is taken out. Homeland Security arrive at CTU. Bill goes over to talk to Karen of Homeland. He says she didnt need to come over. Miles is told to familiarize himself with things. He goes to talk to Chloe.
He demands a vacant station, Edgar’s.
Rob: Breakdown, is that a tear?
Miles takes over Edgar’s station. He demands her keycard, she refuses but eventually relents.
Romo: A keycard to you heart.
Rob: Chloe is gonna f*ck this guy up somehow.
Romo: Where is Spencer when you need him?
Martha watches TV as they report on the army divisions taking control of LA.
Pierce gets a call from Wayne Palmer. Pierce gives his condolences. Wayne says he needs to get Aaron something personally within the hour. Aaron warns him about the curfew. Wayne asks Aaron to trust him. He wants to meet discretly.
Romo: I like Wayne.
Rob: Oh those shifty Palmers.
Romo: What is about guys name Wayne they are all cool? Gretzky, Newton, Campbell, Palmer.
Rob: A good list.
Novak and Logan discuss what CTU is up to.
Karen asks Bill what Bierko is up to. Bill tells Karen that CTU can be up to full strength soon. He tells her that they are sending someone to pick up Collette.
Collette and her man are just getting out of bed. He asks about her business, she refuses to talk about it. She tells him she will meet him in 45 mins at the airport.
Romo: I love how everything happens within an hour.
She calls Ivan who says he is transfering money to her account. She has sent him plans and security info for some unknown location. Ivan says 200,000 people will die

Karen looks to have taken over Bill’s office. Bill starts to argue with her and wants the truth about what’s going on. She tells him that CTU is being absorbed by Homeland.
Bill says his staff are angry and want to fight back.
Romo: Just go home and f*ck her.
Rob: you know Bill is gonna make a play for that ass by the end of the season.
Romo: She should be so lucky.
Bill and Audrey talk about the martial law. Bill thinks the President is doing the right thing.
Jack and Curtis are on the way to grab Collette.
Rob: This is bullshit Bauer should be in mourning.
They enter a room and its too quiet”¦. Jack thinks she went for the roof.
He goes after her. Curtis and 2 others go with him up the stairs. They get to the roof and spread out.
Curtis hears something”¦The guy leaps on Curtis and takes his gun. Jack orders him to put down the gun.
The guy tells Jack to stand down. Jack orders him to put the gun down. He asks who they are. Jack tells them. The guy asks for ID. Curtis shows it to him.
His name is Teo Stoller rom the German secret service or something. Jack confirms his id with Chloe. Stoller refuses to help Jack find Collette. He says he has been undercover for 6 months and cant give up Collette. He says he can’t betray his duty to his country, Germany.
Rob: The stand off between the German Bauer and the U.S. Bauer.
It looks like Jack is gonna f*ck up German Bauer.

Collette arrives at Ivan’s and is searched by his cronie, who feels her up.
Rob: I want that guy’s job.
Audrey is calling someone, something about her blaming another country. Seems it’s the Germans.
The Germans are refuses to order Stoller to talk.
Jack orders Curtis out of the room.
Rob: Fuck him up.
Jack goes over to Stoller and tells him the Germans are refusing to order him to talk. Jack offers him a drink. He says he will give him something more valuable than Collette. He will give the wet list of terrorist suspects. Stoller says the NSA has always refused. Bauer says he doesn’t work for the NSA or any one else.
Bauer asks Chloe if there is a backdoor to the NSA. She can’t talk now. Jack tells Chloe to get the list. She says she cant get in without her keycard that has been taken by Homeland.
Chloe sneaks over to Miles.
Romo: Use your charms!
She spills a coffee on Miles. She offers to pay for his dry cleaning..
Rob: Got him right in the crotch too. Bullseye.
She gets on his computer and is trying to get the list. She is in and has the list and is uploading.
Romo: Too bad you couldn’t hack into a man’s heart.
She gets the list and leaves. Miles comes back to clean his chair. He notices something is up and looks over at Chloe.
Stoller authenticates the list Jack shows him. Stoller gives Jack the info on where he was supposed to meet Collette.
Meanwhile she is talking to her bank about the money transfer. Ivan’s guys see the file is encrypted she demands the funds are transferred before she gives them the code. She confirms the transfer and gives them the code.
The file opens and she says good bye to the gentleman.
Ivan says to torch the place, and to move out.

Romo: Well we know they are getting away and Collette is pretty much worth nothing.

The VP is talking to the Governor and orders his co-operation.
Romo: Nobody f*cks with Arnie.
Some guy comes in and asks the VP that Wayne Palmer wants passed a roadblock.
Palmer is discussing with an army guy who refuses to let him pass. He gets a call and is told to let him go.
Romo: I think someone is after Wayne.
Rob: Yeah.
Curtis says all teams are in position. Stoller and Jack are in a car getting ready. Stoller asks what will happen to Collete.
Romo: He wants to f*ck her again.
Stoller says he no doubt what they are doing is right but its hard.
Rob: He is gonna f*ck em.
Chloe gets called into the boardroom with Karen and Miles. Miles says they know she downloaded something from the NSA. Bill steps in and tells her to tell.
Chloe tells them about the wetlist. Bill and Karen freak.
Bauer gets a call, Stoller demands its on speaker phone. Bill calls him and says they have to talk privately. Karen demands to get the wetlist back. Jack says he cant get it back. Karen says she will order Curtis to apprehend them.
Jack says she will be responsible for all of the people’s death. “That’s a fact!”
Curtis tells him that Collette is in sight.
Jack asks Karen if she wants him to proceed. She agrees and says there will be repercussions for him,
Romo: Oh now what are you gonna do make me go in hiding again?
Stoller drives in with Jack hidden. Stoller gets out of the car to go see Collette. She gets out of the car. They kiss. Jack orders them in.
He apologizes to her. Jack orders her hands up. She complies.
Stoller drives off.
Romo: Classy!
Jack finds a gun in her inner thigh. Jack demands Bierko’s location. She won’t talk.
Stoller calls someone and says he is on the hotel. He puts the memory card into a blackberry. It fries his system.
Romo: Jack f*cked him!!
Jack calls Stoller and he apologizes. He says he now knows that Jack’s word is worth.

Romo: That was a hardcore move by Jack. He has the Germans and the Chinese after him now.
Rob: That’s a lethal combination.

Curtis tells Jack that they have nothing.
He tells Collette that Stoller was German intelligence. She admits she had feelings for Teo. Jack asks about Bierko. She asks for the others to leave.
Collette asks his price. He says he’s not for sale. She wants immunity. She says Bierko was already on his way out. She doesn’t know what the schematic was for. She says she can give Jack the source for the schematics. He says he will see what he can do.
Jack calls Karen and Bill and gives them the update. Karen says this better work. Jack tells Karen he programmed the memory card to self-destruct. Bill says to Karen that its proof that CTU is still in good shape.
Palmer is driving along but another car starts to catch up to him. This van is coming up close. And drives alongside and shoots out his tire. Palmer crashes and rolls over in a ditch. He is upside down.
The bad dudes get out of the car.
Wayne struggles out, his hand is hurt. He makes a run for it down a tunnel. Bad dudes chase him.
Collette confirms the document has been received in Tripoli.
Rob: I love how Libya is getting involved as well.
Collette gives the Jack the info. Collette gives the name of Audrey Raines. Jack doesn’t believe her. She says Audrey had a price.

Rob: That saves the episode.
Romo: Brilliant.
Rob: It seems she wasn’t just thinking of the children.
Romo: Goitre (Heller) is coming in next episode. He’s got to.
After the previews of next week Rob and I are in hysterics over Jack grabbing Audrey.
Rob: You know what they never did? They never followed up with Henderson. He kills Almeida and just f*cks off.
Romo: Yeah seriously. No respect for Almeida.
Final Comments
Rob: The rest of this season will be referred to as a requiem for Tony Almeida. One of the greatest fictional characters in American television history was given a most unglorious end. One can only hope Jack’s interrogation of Audrey will only begin to right the wrong that happened this evening. P.S. For the final time”¦Almeida Son!
Romo: A disappointing treatment for a true American hero. Jack stepped up today but can never fill the shoes of Tony Almeida. Mr. Almeida may be dead but will rise again in three days.
