– Most of WWE is in Chicago preparing for Wrestlemania. At noon tomorrow will be a press conference at the Chicago Theater. HHH, Cena, HBK, Trish, Candice, Coach, Cole, Angle, Orton, Rey, Benoit, Edge, Booker, SHarmell, Henry and JBL are expected to be there. At 4:30pm, Benoit will have an autograph session at Popeye’s in Round Lake Beach. At 6pm, the THQ video game challenge will be held at the House of Blues with 16 wrestlers participating. At 7pm, HHH will be at a book signing at Tower Records in Bloomingdale’s, while Matt Hardy, Victoria and Helms will be signing autographs at Chicago Cycle in Skokie.
– Trish Stratus was on CNN Showbiz Tonight at 7pm, which will replay at 11. She also was pictured in yesterday’s Sun-Times. Candice was in today’s Sun-Times, Maria and Big Show on the WGN Morning News and more.
– On March 20, Bret Hart was interviewed for the Scorecard section of Sports Illustrated. In the story, found here, Bret talks about the Hall of Fame, how he will not be appearing in front of the crowd at Mania, the fear of getting emotional and more.
– Hulk Hogan told Bubba The Love Sponge this morning that he will be leaving Chicago after the Hall of Fame ceremony and NOT appearing at Wrestlemania, sinc ehe has to be in Long Beach, CA, at a race with his son Nick. He also said he will be involved somehow with Steve Austin on RAW the next day in Chicago, but as is always the case with Hogan, take this for what it’s worth.
– The WWE Hall of Fame airs in the U.S. on 4/1 at 11pm on USA Network, but additional footage will be on WWE.com beginning about two hours earlier. In the U.K., it will air on Sky Sports 3 on 4/14 at 4 p.m.
