In an online interview with the Calgary Sun, Bret Hart talks about Shawn Michaels, says he wouldn’t want to work for TNA since “I always want to remembered as a great wrestler, not a manager or commissioner or ring announcer or referee,” talks about how he feels about the Montreal-related storylines and more.
Also in Bret news, PWInsider.com is reporting that Hart is staying in a different hotel than the one WWE wrestlers and crew are, by his request. He is unhappy that WWE keeps pushing for him to sign a contract for his Hall of Fame appearance. In the above interview and elsewhere, Bret has said repeatedly that he didn’t want to sign the contract, appear at Mania, or accept any money for the appearance. According to PWInsider.com, the contract includes a no-compete clause.
PWInsider.com’s report says that Bret is giving the impression to some that he just wants to get through the Hall of Fame ceremony and farewell to his fans, and then leave Chicago.
