The interns meet Marshall, an intern at another hospital. It turns out that Marshall started a chain reaction car accident. When he awakes from the accident he has problems with his short-term memory.
A married, expecting couple Noah and Melanie, along with her parents were also involved in this car accident. The odds are good the baby should be fine but Noah has to show a great deal of patience when his wife and in-laws who are from the South and very loud about it.
Burke and Izzy try to suggest a new alternative solution for Denny’s health problems.
Guest cast: Chris O’Donnell as Finn Dandridge, Sara Ramirez as Callie, Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Denny, Frances Fisher as Betty Johnson and John Cho as Marshall.
