ROH Pure Champion Nigel McGuinness petitioned ROH officials to receive a shot at the Tag Titles since he defeated both Aries & Strong in singles matches. Since Nigel has pinned both the Tag Team Champions, he will be granted a Tag Title shot. It will be McGuinness and a partner of his choice vs. the 6/3 winners when ROH returns to the New Yorker in Manhattan on 6/17. Tickets are on sale now!!!
In case you missed the announcements at the live shows, KENTA is set to wrestle main event quality opponents on 8/4 in Long Island and 8/5 in Edison, NJ. Tickets for both shows are now on sale.
The 6/3 event in East Windsor, CT will be called “Destiny” since it could be the night that Homicide finally wins the ROH World Title and achieves what many feel is his rightful destiny. It could also be the night that The Briscoes realize their destiny and win back the Tag Titles.

Dragon Gate’s Shingo Takagi is set to return to ROH on 6/3 in East Windsor. Takagi is one of Dragon Gate’s most powerful competitors and you will see him in action against the powerhouse of The Rottweilers. It will be Takagi vs. Ricky Reyes in Connecticut!!!

ROH Tag Team Champions Austin Aries & Roderick Strong are in negotiations to defend the belts overseas. Aries & Strong are now issuing open contracts as they want to raise the prestige of the Tag Titles by defending them against the best teams in the entire wrestling industry.
FIP announced a huge tag team match for May 27th in Crystal River, FL as Jay & Mark Briscoe take on Fast & Furious of Jerrelle Clark & Jay Fury. The best and most exciting teams from the North and South will collide in this one. Tony Mamaluke informed FIP that he does not feel he can defeat FIP Heavyweight Champion Bryan Danielson on 5/27 and is forfeiting his title shot and will not return to FIP. Danielson now has an open contract for that night. Davey Richards is set to make his FIP debut on 5/26 in Inverness, FL and Jay Lethal will make his FIP return that night.
