— Isn’t it funny how my name comes up in one form or the other on HEAT for a second straight week? And twice too!

– Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Rob Conway
USA-USA-USA- Hhhhooooooo!! Okay, just wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting into here. Hacksaw at this stage reminds me a lot of Eugene for some reason. Duggan gets in the quick offense for a bit until Conway gets a hit across the throat and tosses Duggan down by the hair to the floor for 2! Elbow drops for the follow up for another 2! And 2! And headlock. USA chants start up and Hacksaw Eugene’s up- err nevermind. Conway tosses Duggan by the hair again and follows up with a few rights on the mat. Headlock nearly gets the KO, but Duggan fights up and gets some rights and lefts, setting him up with some more on the corner and gives the thumbs up. HUGE clothesline buries Duggan but Conway misses the drop on the second rope. Clothesline finishes off for Duggan.
Winner: Hacksaw Jim Duggan

– Carlito vs. Russell Simpson
We should get the squash here as Carlito for some reason is subjected to HEAT here against the no-entrance jobber. How come we never get HHH or something here? Carlito takes it to the jobber, but amazingly enough, jobber starts to take it to him. Not cool. Jobber works on the shoulder for some time, kicking it up with a right leg and gets him down to the mat to stomp on it some more. Carlito is to the point where he has NO offense whatsoever, wow! But just as I type that, Carlito gets in a few rights and puts in a springboard back elbow to get the second wind. High knee and clothesline finally puts Carlito up top, and nails the modified back breaker for the win. Common, who really thought Carlito was gonna lose here on HEAT!?
Winner: Carlito

– RAW Re-wind: HBK vs. Kenny
Since I missed RAW this past Monday with some cable problems, HEAT has been so kind enough to drop in some highlights for me to recap… yes I’m that important to cover RAW for the WWE. Now all I need is my phone call…. Sigh. But I will be back this Monday for my usual coverage on the “RAW Events”. Stay tuned.
– Texas Tornado Tag Match: HHH gets the near cover on Cena to ALMOST win the title, but Shelton gets the pin on RVD to win the IC strap one count before Trips does.
– HBK vs. Kenny: Shane as the special guest referee trying to take down Shawn and ties up HHH who was the special enforcer. Long story short, HHH nails Shane (intentionally) with the sledge, as Vince comes down crying for his son in some more DX teasing.

– Viscera & Charlie Hass vs. Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch
Hey what do you know, there is a storyline of HEAT after all, and it’s in the MAIN EVENT. And we get the reunion of Murdoch and Cade. I feel so special. Murdoch gets in the hit from behind giving Cade the step-up to start the match. Hass turns the corner and gets an armdrag takedown on Cade and tries to start working the right arm. But the tag gets in for Murdoch and a quick double-team shoots down Hass. More double team backfires, and Hass gets in the double-clothesline as Hass tags in Viscera. Leg drop from the big man nearly gets 2! Viscera and Hass take control for a while until the tables turn once more. Hass reverses a suplex and both men are down. Cade gets in the tag as Hass gets in the hot tag to Viscera. Vis cleans the ring, sidewalk slams Murdoch and whips both he Trevor and Cade into the corner for the sandwhich. BUT the big man misses as Cade and Murdoch get the high and low clothesline for the win.
Winners: Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch

The HEAT Wave
Decent show from the crew tonight, as we are missing some of our usual suspects from the weekends show, but hey, who’s complaining? SO watch HEAT. Check out some of the cool stuff and get back to me again next week. Till next time, I’m out. Peace!
