– WWE released former United States Champion Orlando Jordan today.
– According to PWInsider.com, the reason for the sudden release was because Jordan had recently upset WWE officials for having an unauthorized person with him at various events. Jordan had previously been sent home from Tuesday’s SmackDown tapings without an explanation.
– Obviously the plans for Jordan’s bisexual storyline as well as plans to convert him to ECW are now canceled.
– WWE released a statement wishing him the best of luck with his future endeavors.
