– Hosts are Mike Tenay & Don West

– From Orlando, Florida

Senshi v. Jay Lethal v. Alex Shelley v. Shark Boy
We start with Senshi and Lethal. Lethal takes him down to start, drawing Shelley to blind tag himself in from Senshi. Shelley wants Shark Boy in, and he comes. They exchange hip tosses and Shark Boy gets a modified stunner for two. Don West pimps X3 and how he is a big Marvel Comics fan. You look like that kind of guy, Don. Shark Boy gets a facebuster and goes up the ring, but Sharky dropkicks him into it. Senshi comes back in but Sharky pokes the eyes. Senshi kicks him down and Shelley comes back in. Shelley catches him with a kick and Lethal gets a second rope leg lariat and suplex on Senshi. Lethal goes up but gets cut off by Shelley. Senshi goes up and attempts a double superplex, but Sharky goes up and sunset flips all three of them off in a Tower of Doom! Good stuff from Sharky, as if they are actually treating him like a real X guy for once in this and the Lockdown match. Shelley holds Sharky in place for a Lethal dropkick, but Senshi attacks and takes down Lethal and follows with the double stomp, not sure what he calls it now since he’s gone from the Low Ki name. And really, it isn’t like a debut since Ki was in old-school TNA and a X division champ. Good stuff here if not too short. **3/4, afterwards Kevin Nash comes out and nails Shelley with the jackknife bomb. We get it already.
Winner: Senshi

The Jobbers in the Rough v. AJ n’ Chris
Big brawl to start, won by the faces. Styles settles down with Young, who is able to get a gutbuster after a cheap shot from Skipper. Young crotches him o n the top rope so Skipper can do the ropewalk for two. I know I point out every Jobber in the Rough match that Skipper needs to get out of this crap gimmick and back to his rightful division, just another point right there. Styles gets a moonsault onto both guys and makes the tag to Daniels who cleans house and gets a bulldog on Young. Styles launches off of Young’s back to take out Skipper on the outside. Daniels gets the Angel’s Wings on Young but AMW come out for distraction, then hit Daniels with the billyclub giving Young the pin. Wow, the Diamonds won a match? Over STYLES AND DANIELS?! Ah, angle developments. *1/2
Winners: The Jobbers in the Rough

– Sting says that he doesn’t “want to see TNA go” because they are making history. He says he will remove Jarrett for once and for all at Slammiversary, and he is coming for “Scotty” too, and will throw him into oblivion. I’ll give Sting one thing, he can still give an energetic promo. However, he has pretty much destroyed his whole dark gimmick at this point with all the “gameshow music” sequences and such, and I am just waiting for a heel turn at some point.

– Christy Hemme is now saying what will be coming up next. She really doesn’t look too good tonight. I kind of feel like a dick for saying that, but it’s true.

– The James Bore come out to do an actual funny promo for once, where BG Dawg is dressed as Bubba with a pillow under his shirt, and Kip Gunn has been painted black to match JUICED UP D’Von. I guess humor is the only thing they have left these days.

– Big Bad Booty Daddy says nobody eyeballs him. That’s a given of course, because if you do he will OVERHEAD SUPLEX you.

Bobby Roode v. Andy Douglas
Roode is back with the pimping sparkling jacket. Roode slaps him around to start but Douglas attacks. Roode cuts him off with an elbow and gets a backdrop suplex for two. WHOSE THE GREATEST?! Douglas rallies a comeback and gets a running neckbreaker for two. Roode however sends him to the turnbuckle and finishes with the Northern Lariat, which indeed is a move you never see coming. 1/2*, afterwards Team Canada team up on the Naturals but Rhino names the save.
Winner: Bobby Roode

– Afterward a Rhino v. Roode and D’Amore handicrap match is made for Slammiversy. And they find yet another way to squeeze Rhino on the PPV card.

Monty Brown v. Ron Killings – King Of The Mountain Qualifier
Monty jumps him on the dance. He gets cocky and falls victim to a missile dropkick and headscissors by Killings. They brawl on the outside, and back in, but Killings uses a baseball slide to take him back out, then gets a plancha. Back in Killings gets the twirling forearm, the splits, and leg lariat. Single-arm DDT gets two. Brown catches him with a big powerslam for two. He follows with a fallaway slam but Killings uses the ropes to block The POUNCEEE and rolls him up for the win. Not sure what magic mushrooms the writers were smoking on that finish, but I guess they had to have some way for Brown to lose. *
Winner: Ron Killings

End of show.
